About Us
Akademi Farmasi Surabaya or better known as AKFAR Surabaya is the only Diploma-III Pharmacy higher education institution in Surabaya under the Yayasan Kepharmasian Surabaya. Akademi Farmasi Surabaya was officially established on December 31, 2010 as a higher education institution under the guidance of the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education. Then the permit for the transfer of development was transferred to the Ministry of National Education, to be precise, DIRJEN DIKTI in March 2012. On 7 November 2017, Akademi Farmasi Surabaya was accredited B by BAN-PT for institutions and for Study Programs on 27 April 2019 accredited B by LAMPT-Kes. Akademi Farmasi Surabaya has the aim of producing excellent students with character by teaching and learning process.
